Reporting a station
Every station on this site is a record in the U.S. Department of Energy's Alternative Fuels Data Center, and we rebuild the site from that database every week. That means a correction made at the source reaches this site automatically within days, while a correction made only here would be overwritten by the next pull. So for anything about a specific station, tell AFDC first and us second.
- A station that closed or moved. Report it through the AFDC form linked below. If it is still listed after two weekly refreshes, tell us and we will follow up.
- A station that is missing. Station operators can add their own site through the same form; AFDC verifies it before it appears. We cannot add a station that is not in the database, because every count here would then disagree with the source.
- Wrong hours, cards, pressure or vehicle class. Same route. Those fields come straight from the record and are shown on the listing exactly as recorded.
- A corridor mileage that looks off. That is ours. The corridor traces are hand-drawn and the mileages are approximate; if one is badly wrong, tell us which corridor and where.
Everything else
For a wrong or missing station, the fastest route is the AFDC's own report form, because our weekly pull picks up their correction automatically. For everything else, use the form below.
